Practice Experience

Raffi joined Caras & Shulman, PC in 2011 and currently leads the firm’s Accounting and Audit department. He works closely with privately held businesses across a wide range of industries, including construction, franchising, professional services, manufacturing, real estate, wholesale distribution, and not-for-profit organizations.

Raffi oversees the planning, engagement performance and timely delivery of compiled, reviewed and audited financial statement engagements, ensuring all projects adhere to the firm’s internal quality control policies. He provides ongoing feedback to his team throughout the review process and promotes excellence through continuing professional education and research on emerging accounting standards. Passionate about sharing knowledge, Raffi is committed to mentoring staff and supporting their professional growth. He values building strong client relationships and approaches each engagement not only as an accountant but as a trusted advisor, providing clarity and guidance on complex accounting and assurance matters in financial reporting.
