Memorial Pet Drive to Benefit the Buddy Dog Humane Society May 4th marked the one year anniversary of the passing of Jeff Schneider. To honor the memory of our dear partner and friend, Caras & Shulman, PC held a Pet Drive to benefit the Buddy Dog Humane Society of Sudbury, an organization Jeff held close to his heart. During the month of May, the partners and staff donated and collected food and supplies desperately needed by Buddy Dog. And on May 20th members of the C&S team dedicated their time to help the staff at Buddy Dog clean out crates for new rescues and clear brush along their walking path. We would like to thank the Buddy Dog Humane Society for allowing us to lend a hand as we remember Jeff.

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the early retirement of Patricia Fuller. Cush, as she is affectionately called by her coworkers, has been with our firm for 35 years. Cush’s attention to detail, warm personality, and interest in customer satisfaction has been invaluable. Her willingness to put in extra time and effort to help us meet deadlines has demonstrated a commitment to excellence that we have come to depend upon. In addition to her incredible competence and skill, she has been a friend to all; her dedication and sense of humor will truly be missed. We wish to extend our best wishes to Cush as she takes a long and much-deserved "vacation!"

On October 21, 2015, the IRS announced Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) related to retirement plans effective January 1, 2016.
